Why work with an Enrolled Agent?

Enrolled agents (EAs) are America’s Tax Experts. EAs are the only federally licensed tax professionals who also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

Enrolled Agents (EAs) are tax professionals with expertise in tax laws and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations. They are fully authorized to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS in a wide variety of situations, including audits, collections and appeals. All enrolled agents must pass a comprehensive three-part exam to earn the EA credentials, and must complete 72 hours of continuing education every three years to maintain their credential.

IRS issues take many forms, and can arise even when taxpayers make every effort to follow the rules. An audit, tax lien or wage garnishment could jeopardize your future and your reputation, but you do have options, and you are not alone. An enrolled agent is uniquely qualified to resolve your tax problems and represent your best interests before the IRS and other tax authorities.
